Billie Wills has agreed to donate two silhouette portraits for the October give-away. Value $26 each. Billie Wills is a professional artist with a Bachelor of  Fine Arts degree. Over the past 25 years she has cut thousands of silhouettes. Her work hangs in homes all over the United States and throughout the world.  Her silhouettes are hand cut from life or good quality close-up side view photos. They can be matted on hand cut, black acid free mats in standard sizes, making them simple to frame.
